Dr. Frederick Sailes is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon with fellowship training in hand surgery, facial aesthetic, and oculoplastic surgery. His impressive background and education make him a highly sought-after surgeon, particularly for his surgical expertise in liposuction, body contouring, and fat transfer.

After attending the University of California at Berkeley, Dr. Sailes worked at Genentech where his research resulted in a number of valuable patents. This experience was followed by medical school at Morehouse, General Surgery training at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, and then five additional years of plastic surgery training at the University of Mississippi and Chicago.

He has worked and trained with some of the most distinguished plastic surgeons in the country and worldwide. Dr. Sailes’s contributions to the field of plastic surgery have been acknowledged with various publications and numerous awards. He was awarded the Robert Woodruff Scholarship on more than one occasion, the Pfizer Scholarship, the DV Starr Scholarship, The AT & T Bush Scholarship, and the James Harvey Hendrix, Jr. Prize. His clinical research consists of co-authoring 6 peer reviewed articles in the past 15 years.

Dr. Sailes has experience in the latest in facial aesthetic surgery including fillers, Botox, laser treatments, and body contouring surgery. He is well known by peers and patients alike for his extensive skill and experience performing the Brazilian Butt Lift procedure. Dr. Sailes uses cutting-edge techniques that enable large-volume fat grafting to the buttocks, helping patients achieve a firmer, rounder, and natural-looking backside without the need for implants.
