Case 3

This woman is a school bus driver. She was unable to fit in her uniform and sit behind the wheel of the school bus. We have done liposuction in two different sessions removing about 4 liters of fat at each time. She subsequently had abdominoplasty in front and one in the back in two different stages. Note the removal of the folds of skin in her abdomen and flanks. Her weight went from 279 to 248.
