This 48-year-old woman has had liposuction on two occasions to the inner and outer thighs, abdomen, waist and flanks, followed by a full abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with transposition of her umbilicus and a hip lift. The abdominoplasty incision extends all the way around her back. She is seen here four years after the surgery.
