This 19-year old woman was in an automobile accident in which her nose was broken. She said, "Just fix the nose so that it looks the way it did before so that I can breathe better." I reviewed the photographs with her and her parents and suggested that in addition, we could improve her appearance by moving the bones inward and thinning the tip. The result can be seen in the profile bridal picture that she sent us.
