This 31-year old woman has had rhinoplasty where we have removed the hump, made the tip finer, and moved the bones in her nose closer together. Notice that the eyes, nose, and lips are in the same positions in both pictures, but she looks unhappy in the "before" picture, and happy in the "after" picture.
