| This 26 year-old woman has very small breasts but they are nicely shaped with the nipple well above the fold. She specifically requested to have the largest possible implants that we could use. She chose these 500 cc implants. They are saline placed above the muscle and as can be seen in the middle pictures they stretch the skin very tightly. She was delighted with the size and shape. In the lower pictures you can see that two years later after having two children, these large implants have dropped down substantially. They remain the same volume but have fallen to the stretching of pregnancy. Therefore, we do not recommend overly stretching the skin or making implants that are out of proportion. |
