This 27-year-old mother of two is an exotic dancer. In the "Before" pictures she is seen with 220 cc implants done elsewhere through a peri-areolar incision under the muscle. In the "After" pictures, she has 440 cc implants under the muscle through the same incision. She later requested we make them even bigger, but we declined that opportunity.
